We've been gone.
Sorry I haven't had any new posts lately. We've been out of town celebrating Independence Day with my family. Hamburgers, hot dogs, swimming & fireworks (with a few birthday celebrations thrown in for fun). A good time was had by all. (I'll post pictures later - too much to do to download right now)

Your celebrations sounds similiar to ours.
Minus the birthdays.
We celebrated the Fourth by going to a baseball game.
Chase got to be a batboy for the Indians.
My sister got us VIP parking and box seats.
We ate ourselves silly and enjoyed the game.
After the game we had front row seats to the best fireworks around.
It was a great night.

It sounds like we celebrated the same way...swimming, hot dogs, hamburgers, fireworks...and delicious smores!!
