Last few days....in pictures.

I thought I'd wait until tomorrow to post these, but my "To Do" list is way too long so I'll just do it now.
Here is our last week in pictures.
Enjoy and I'll accept your pity. Thanks.

(Old house)

(New house)

Time out from moving for a bike riding boo-boo.

First day of school. (G smiles as always. B always hates to smile.)

5th & 2nd graders.

Let's hope next week is a little less exciting.

Thanks for visiting my blog and wishing me a Happy Birthday...That is so nice of you to do especially with you moving this last week! I really feel for you-We moved 4 years ago oh and what fun that wasn't.
I really like your wood floors in your new house, but they were nice in your old house too!
Take Care and try not to work too hard!

Oh, I hope you get all unpacked easily and quickly....I can relate to moving...we have moved to different states many times throughout our marriage but we have now been settled for 14 years in the same home...YEA!!

I can't wait to see all of your decorating in the new home....that part is very exciting isn't it!?!

Your daughters boo boo looks mighty painful...OUCH! Hope your children are enjoying their new school.

I know you will be glad to get settled..I do pity you I remember it so well...it's fun to get set up but the npacking of paper filled breakables and such is a pain!

Good luck to the kids at their new schools.....

Thanks so much for stopping by. I see you have quite a bit on your hands right now. Can't wait to see how it looks when all is said and done.

By the way, we have had our share of booboos this week, and a whole lot of drama along with them. But that one looks like it really hurt. Poor baby.

I sure recognize what all that looks like and how much work you have ahead of you!! Be sure to take some breaks ;0)
My youngest ended up with a similar boo-boo on his chin & arm this week while playing outside at the new house.
I can't wait to see more!!

Welcome to South Carolina! I'm your neighbor to the north but I commute daily to SC and lived there for 5 years so that counts right? lol

Hi Duchess,

Thanks for stopping by and saying hi. It's nice to meet you. Looks like your busy moving. My favorite thing to do. Not! We just did that recently.

Ouch!
That has got to hurt!
Hope she is all better soon.
Those boxes make me grateful we aren't moving.
Ugh!
Good. luck. with. that.
Hope the kids are enjoying their new school.

Oh girl! I can soooooo relate! The truck. The boxes. The chaos. Ugh.

But allow me to assure you that I am in no way done unpacking. My little projects are just my way of staying sane amidst the mess. You notice that I haven't yet posted pictures of an entire room. That's because there's not a one of them that is done yet.

Hang in there and be patient with yourself.

Boooooooo for bike boo-boos! (hope she feels better..that did not look like fun!)

Yay for new houses!!! With really cool fireplaces hiding behind boxes!! (I can only see the molding but it looks pretty!)

You have had one very, very busy time! Hopefully the unpacking will be a lot more fun than the packing. It's nice to have an "empty canvas" to decorate.

Oh I am so hoping that this next week is so much calmer.

Remember to breathe deeply!

Oh yeah, and schedule a massage!
