Must be Opposite Day

Gracie & I were have a little mommy/daughter time today while running errands. We stopped to grab a quick bite of lunch in the car, and I hear from the backseat:

"Is today Opposite Day?"

"No, honey, it's not opposite day. Why?"

I look in the review mirror and she's holding up one of these.....

Instead of one of these......

Guess I was wrong.....it must be Opposite Day!

(Thanks, McDonald's workers)

Uh oh! She was clever with the Opposite Day thing. Most kids would probably just get upset. :) If you spray paint brass my only tip would be to get a spray paint that goes on metal. It worked great!

Oh no. You don't want to go messing with the McDonald's toys...!

Soooo, did you turn around and go back to McD's? Or did she have to tough it out?

That is cute. I think any time we ever went to McDonalds and they asked if I had a boy or girl my daughter got the boy toy!! DUH!!

We NEVER get the correct toys. If we don't end up with the boy toy for the girl or vice versa then we end up with a promotion that is long over and NOT the one we went after!!

I actually caved and bought them each one yesterday & was so surprised when they got what we were expecting & wanting!! Now, I'll not buy another happy meal for a L-O-N-G time! I'm just cheap that way ;0)
